    • How long is the notice period when working with Survista?

      There are no notice periods. The cooperation can be terminated at any time by written notice.

    • How is Survista supervised from a regulatory point of view?

      Survista is licensed by FINMA and is supervised by the supervisory organisation “AOOS”. OFS Ombud Finanzen” has been appointed as the ombudsman.

    • Can I view the asset status and composition of the portfolio at any time?

      Yes, if you are interested, you can access your personal asset overview via a client login.

    • Will it be more expensive to manage my assets?

      As a rule, we are able to reduce the total costs, including our fee, through cost-efficiently managed portfolios and specially negotiated conditions.

    • Will I keep my contact person at the custodian bank?

      No, as a rule, the portfolios managed by us are serviced at a desk specifically for asset managers.

    • Does the asset manager take over all banking transactions for me?

      No, the limited power of attorney only allows asset management activities; payments and transfers are not possible without client consent.
